About me
Hello! I’m Eden Gutstein, an illustrator and designer with a BFA in Illustration from SCAD with a background in acting. Since 2021, I’ve cultivated a versatile creative practice that spans editorial design, advertising, book covers, tattoo art, surface design, and large-scale illustration. My work has been featured in publications across the U.S. and internationally, including in Italy, Spain, and Thailand. I've collaborated with a wide range of clients, from record stores and book publishers, authors, to Science Gallery, Emory University, and the City of Atlanta.
Notable projects include a full feature for Criminal Records’ 30th anniversary in Record Plug Magazine, large-scale art banners for Midtown Art Alliance displayed across Atlanta’s vibrant Midtown district, custom event artwork for Atlanta City Hall, and illustrated promotional materials for Science Gallery Atlanta’s Justice Exhibition. In 2024, I also released a professionally published tattoo coloring book.
My style is rooted in surrealism, Art Deco, and the warmth of 1970s nostalgia, blending fine detail with poetic visual storytelling. Influenced by my Judean heritage and a deep love of narrative traditions from around the world, I create imagery that is emotionally resonant, meaningful, and memorable.
I currently offer custom illustration and design services including but not limited to: Editorial art, book covers, event posters and advertisements, customized greeting cards, event and wedding invites, logos, and more. Whether you're looking for work that’s moving, meaningful, bold, or emotionally resonant, I’d love to help bring your vision to life.
